I have never used NWW, but just want to throw my 2-cents in here. I think it is really "strange" that an OP would even have a message board. Taking care of a message board, moderating, and then trying to keep your customer's happy just sounds a little wacky to me.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I just don't get it, but the OP that I have been using for the past couple of years has never had to come to this board to defend any of their actions, posts about special offers and keeps their time on DB to a minimum. I just don't understand why your company seems to thing it is necessary to have a message board. Could someone please explain this to me???
In my humble opinion, it's just asking for trouble, and now we have all seen the results of of it. I think you should leave the message board idea to a place like DB, where these type of incidents are taken care of quickly before they can become nightmares for the rest of us.
I am now due a consult soon, and was considering using someone else because everyone's prices, etc seem to be about equal. Now I'm pretty much convinced that I don't want to do business with any op that has a message board. I'm too afraid that sensitive information whether via pm or posting, may show up somewhere else.
If I am wrong, or have been misinformed, I will gladly deleat this post.
