I have never had a problem receiving overnight delivery as promised from ROPs, and overtime I have used several different ones.Too much work involved (gathering records,faxing and waiting for a dr. to call) not to get the service you expect. I would never use them again if that happened to me. On the other hand nrops,well you can expect that.They can't even gaurantee if they'll be around when ypu look for your tracking #.
