These scammers are also posting phony "excellent service" posts on this board in hopes of luring people into ordering from them.
That's a pretty common tactic with the internet grey market (international pharmacies, herbal supplement companies, GHB vendors back when that was legal). Always has been, unfortunately.
Not implying anything, but I also want to point out that it also goes the other way. By this I mean not only do companies use shills (fake "satisfied customer") to get themselves good reputations, but some companies also will use fake personas to go around and try to discredit their competitors by saying they got ripped off, etc.
You should listen to people's reports of scams and people who say they are happy with companies, but keep in mind who's posting... if you dont know them, dont take their info as seriously as people who's names you recognize. Thats just common sense. But also, look for telltale signs, like if someone says "I got ripped off by this pharmacy" and then says "...so I'm sticking with this other pharmacy from now on" that should make you wonder. Could be a legit complaint, but, you just have to use your judgement.
When I used IOPs, I had a policy where I'd always put in one or two test orders where I'd get the minimum amount of something tame like penicillin. If I got the stuff and was satisfied with the customer service, then I'd consider a "real" order. But still, I always kept orders small because sometimes good OPs go bad, and sometimes they get shut down, and sometimes mail is seized. Best not to risk your money or fredom by sending 300 bucks to some IOP for Xanax and have them take the money or have Customs show up asking why you're ordering that much Xanax.
