No polical statement here at all but wasn't Hitler also a amphetamine junkie? I think I also remember reading that the Kamikazi pilots of WWII were given amphetamines and other substances to alter their mood and make them more agressive. I believe US soldiers as recent as Vietnam were also given "pep pills". God knows I would need them marching for days through a 100% humidity jungle trying to sleep in the mud with huge insects dining on my flesh
