I have to say that I got pretty worried coming on here and reading all of the recent posts about the trouble w/Online-Scripts. It has been a few months since I have gotten a refill, and I paid for my re-consult and meds before I came on here and saw all of this. I just wanted to possibly put some people at ease and ask a couple questions.
First, my order seems to be going through just fine. I re-consulted today (Friday), and just received my tracking number. Meds will be delivered tomorrow. But, I did notice that a message came up on my order screen about medical records - that they were never received. How is this possible when I submitted them about 18 months ago and have been getting consults and refills the entire time? I also noticed that it says my records were received and declined in 2/04. This is not the case at all. They were approved when I got my first consult. Has this happened to anyone else? Are they just looking for updated records? Is it just a website glich? If my records aren't good, why did my order go through? If anyone has any info on this, I would greatly appreciate your help. It is a nightmare trying to get a customer service rep on the phone.
