No toots ... none of the patients were contacted, other than to support Dr. Bryson. Many of his patients appeared before the Medical Review Board in his support and many of us sent support letters to the state of Texas supporting his service.
I'm really sorry to say that it did not seem to make much of an impact. If he were prescribing today through NWW or YOD there would not be an issue. This outfit was too greedy and not properly handling records.
My medical records were confiscated in this prosecution and I never heard from LE. They seem to think that the docs are violating their oath and the laws. But as patients we do not seem to be considered. As if we were not at fault. We are only utilizing a service offered to us. And, quite frankly, since I'm not a "licensed" patient, but the physician is "licensed", the state has more control over the doc than the patient.
To date, I'm not aware of any patient prosecuted for using a licensed physician.
