Hi Barely ...

I was a patient of Dr. Bryson and followed his case closely, then lost track of it back in Feb 04. According to the newspaper in his home town he was up for sentencing when it was last published. The quote is from the Kerrville Times:

Physician David Lyman Bryson, of Kerrville, could be sentenced to up to five years in federal prison today in connection with the illegal dispensing of controlled substances by San Antonio-based Internet pharmacy The Pill Box.

The pharmacist faired a little bit better ... from the same newspaper:

Quote:

The court last week sentenced San Antonio-based pharmacist William Adams Stallknecht, who ran The Pillbox, to 12 months in federal prison and fined him $53,341 for illegally dispensing controlled substances through the company.

I'm still searching for other information regarding this case. It was a crying shame.
