Everyone should bookmark this post. I particularly liked:

'Federal law and laws in all 50 states mandate that prescriptions for controlled substances be written by doctors "acting in the usual course of professional practice." '

Seems to me the author is making a case it's the DEA Advisory Board's INTERPRETATION of the Federal law, not the actual Federal law, that requires a 'face' doctor.

There's lots of good info here, especially for our 'noid members.
