It seems that you are the exeption to the rule. I sent Rocky three PM's with no repsonse. I have been a continual customer for over a year and I've been waiting almost two weeks for an overdue refill. This is a poor way to do business...keeping customers in the dark. I've have not received another update on their customer web site since the 14th. Does anyone have the telephone number to their pharmacy? I believe it was Hollywood or something like that? Perhaps that's the way to go to try to get some kind of action on this. BTW, my online bank account shows the charges for this refill debited from my account, but who knows when or if it will ever show up. I've been waiting for the refill since January 8th
