I am happy to report that I recieved my meds today. They like others were several days late. However, in the process Rocky did an excellent job of correcting an unfortunate situation for me. My original Count was 90 but at my first re-consult the Doctor reduced it to 60. Then on my last re-consult the Doctor then tried to reduce it to 30. At this time I contacted Rocky and he had the Count increased back to the original 90. At this time he expressed a concern for my need for the Meds for Pain Relief and also the potential of discomfort of potential withdrawl problems. Although it took several days for me to recieve my Meds they did come today. I had originally Re-Consulted on the 4th of January and it took Rocky until the 6th to get the problem corrected. Personally I feel Rocky did all he could for me personally, however, there is some internal company problems that are out of his control effecting everyones orders. So folks good luck with your individual situations and hopefully everything will be corrected by the time of my scheduled refill.
