I don't know about the "heroine like" high, but i do know that hydro/soma compound is VERY effective.
as a starting dose i take 2 hydro with 1 soma in the morning, and it feels like i took 4 hydro.....it also lessens the amount of hydro you take in a day. it makes the hydro work longer and stronger for sure. when the hydro wears off after a couple of hours, instead of taking another dose i take a soma, and it revamps the hydro....IMO it is a very effective combo for pain.
doing that method for me, makes my supply of hydro last twice as long, so i never run out. and to tell you the truth taking 2 hydro and 1 soma, for me is stronger than doubling the dose of hydro
