I may have already sent this compaint to you. I have been using Online-Scripts services for a while now. I have had two previous consultations in addition to the one I had yesterday. The first Consultation I was prescribed 90 count 7.7/750 Hydrocodone and recieved my two refills with no problem. I then waited a couple of months (tried to be Mr. Tough Guy) and re cousulted. However, this time the Doctor would only precribe the same medication but with only a 60 count. I went ahead and accepted this and then recieved my two refills. Now comes the problem. Yesterday morning is an e-mail telling me I am due another Consultation. So I apply for and am immediately told to call the Doctor. Then when I call the Doctor at first she doesn't want to give me any medicine but after hanging up and talking to her supervisor she calls back and says at her discretion she is going to prescribe me 30 count. States that my records from the Doctor I went to for my Cronic Knee Pain shows I inquired about narcotics and he did not recommend. In medicine there is always someone who disagrees with anothers opinion. So not wanting to pay the cost of a consultation and the cost of the prescription I ask that my Consultation Fee be refunded. She says no problem except for a $25.00 Administrative Fee. I said no that since I had been prescribed the medications in a fair amount previously and Online-Scripts was changing our initial arrangement I should recieve all of my money back. She then replies in a rather nasty tone this is not going to happen. She states she is doing me a favor by giving me the thirty. Take it or leave it. So not to lose my money I agree to take it. Now comes problem two. I get up this morning to find an e-mail saying my order is being delayed. Maybe this is good and it will give you time to get this straightened out to where I can at least get back to the 60 Count or better yet back to the original 90 Count. Thanks for listening and I reconize you are not always able to satisy everyone but if you just look into this and give me a reasonable response I would appreciate it.
