My apologies for stating that shipping was $30. I was so aggravated that I made a typo instead of writing $20. Between this and the rednecks next door shooting rifles all afternoon, well, you get the picture. I run a shelter for special needs animals and my little guys were terrified by these morons that moved next door to us.
Why will my package sit till next Wednesday? Very good question. When I called Airborne/DHL the rep told me the sender (Medicine Gallery) shipped using the "ground" option. Therefore, even tho it arrived at my local terminal overnight, because MG did not pay for overnight (I thought I did even tho I understood it would not actually ship for 2 weeks) DHL will not deliver it until the date it would've been delivered had it actually been driven here apparently. When I questioned this, the rep said "why should your package take priority over others that paid for overnight?". THAT was the end of the conversation. I don't expect anything other than what I paid for. Twenty bucks to wait a week while it sits in a terminal, plus the 3 weeks I already waited just for it to ship. Get real. If these idiots are gonna expect people to pay $20 for shipping they're gonna have to do better than this [censored]. Normally I use one iop (Pharm88)whom I have never had a problem with. They are excellent. They are honest, AJ responds to emails and he always promptly takes care of any issues I may have. This episode with MG was only because I needed something I couldn't find at Pharm88. Wasn't worth it. As for Airborne/DHL service, Fedex & UPS have nothing to worry about. The "customer service" rep's rudeness was only rivaled by those at Sprint.
