Many UPS and FedEx drivers think most of the meds delivered are Viagra. They joke around a lot about it. This may explain the reactions by some of them. Have you ever seen inside those trucks? They are full, most drivers try to get off by 6:00 pm. They just want a cold one or to see their wife and kids. They have along day and one stop does not mean much.
I think this is true for the majority of delivery folks. However, I do recall reading about the case against David Karesh (not sure of the spelling, but the Waco Branch Davidion guy). The government obtained information from UPS. It was reported that packages fell out of the truck and the contents spilled out. Of course these were gun parts, not medication. I do think lots of UPS (and other) drivers would be eager to assist, particularly if LE suggest terrorism is supported by IOPs/OPs sending dangerous narcotics. I do think the drivers have a pretty good idea what is in the packages. When I order online for regular prescription refills, a signature is not required, let alone an adult signature. I think the only things that require an adult signature are alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and controlled substances. Seems to me there are a lot of junior G men wanttobees out there. Likely some are delivery drivers or postal employees.
