Got this email today. Actually I got 4 copies of it, which probably correspondes to the number of times I emailed them and my 1 order from them. I'm willing to wait for these folks. Good email CS but they should disclose more about their product origin:
We have received a lot of emails regarding delays in order status and shipping, We are sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused.
If you placed an order in the last couple of days it might take 2 or 3 days for the order to process. If you happen to see your order status at a stand still, please do not be alarmed everything is on track.
Please remember your delivery date will be 3-5 working days for express and 7-10 working days for standard ground not from the order placed date but from the date in which the package was shipped.
Of course, as we all know December is a very busy month and shipping may be delayed more than usual.
Tracking numbers/No data yet: For those of you wondering about tracking numbers, the input data by [xxxx] in the tracking system is a little slow in updating their system due to volumen as we've been told by them yesterday, but they confirmed everything was sent out the same day they received it.
