You don't mention what your total daily dose is & of which hydro/apap combo BUT the maximum daily allowable dose for tylenol(acetominophen) is 4 grams or 4000 mg...and most docs take that into consideration when calculating your dosage...if your concerned about whether your getting to much tylenol you can caluculate & if necessary request a different combo from your doc...you can also request the draw your blood & check your liver enzymes and that will rule out problems with your liver which is what Tylenol would affect...you don't give your age but if your near 40, fair & female they could also check your gall bladder...there's a lab they can draw to check that too...as sometimes gall stones will show up in this patient population and complaints of nausea after eating is a specific symptom for this disorder...then if all that checks out, while your at your doc why not ask for phenergan or compazine....you can get suppositories if your comfortable with them or get tablets & take them about an hour BEFORE your dose of hydro...you should develop a tolerance within 2 weeks of consistent dosing at the higher strength and this side effect should go away....there are other signs of liver damage that will show up usually before symptoms such as GI distress so if your urine is a normal color, I really doubt APAP and your liver is your problem, BUT your doctor should hear about this to decide if it's just a delayed side effect to an increased blood level after consistent dosing at the higher dose...sometimes it takes awhile for these things to catch up....
