I am in the middle of ordering from them, my consult is tomorrow, so I don't know how they do the refills, but...I've called them 2 times in the last day and a half and they have always answered their phone and have been very nice and helpful. So if I were you, I would just click on the "contact us" on the website and call them and ask.
You're exactly right. You just call. I had my first refill processed on November 19, which was a Friday. I called Friday morning, requested a FedX Saturday delivery, I got a phone call from them Friday night with my FedX tracking number, and meds were received Saturday Morning 11/20.
