65 mg of Dextropropoxyphene HCI or Propoxpoyphene Napsylate 100mg are widely prescribed in the US as a schedule 4 drug under the names of Wygesic (65 mg HCI) or Darvovet N 100 (Napslylate) both of which are mixed with 650 mg acetametophin) There is also Darvon which is sold in 50 or 100mg (Napsylate) with no apap. 65 mg HCI is equal to 100 mg Napsylate.
