Darvocet is propoxyphene combined with acetomenophen (sorry I know I spelled it wrong) which is the same thing as paracetamol. I am not too sure about the doseages. I think the Darvocet is stonger with the propoxyphene than the Co-Proxamol. This is just my thought, not the gods honest truth.
