I keep on saying this and I do not mean to insult or imply anything but The issue was settled when they passed Roe Vs. Wade allowing a Women to decide for herself whether she has an abortion or not! Now whether you agree with abortion or not makes no diff! What this court case implied in the broader sense is that the Gov can't tell us what to do with our BODIES!! If it is true for a Woman then it is true for all because they can not discriminate!This should also be the issue that should be used by the Pro Marijuana groups because of the implications of the rights to our own bodies!
