We did try Express Mail Service out with one shipper but that did not go over well at all. It seems that all Express Mail gets looked at a lot more than regular mail or mail with tracking numbers.
We are using another option and seeing how that will work.
Mail within Europe also does slow down on occassion, this has occured since March 11th sporadically. There is nothing that can be done. It has taken as long as 21 days to mail a small package from Central Europe to Northern Europe. We are looking at other avenues in this area as well.
When the package leaves our hand there is little else we can do. We can, however, look for other alternatives and work with commercial shippers -- exactly what we are doing at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions, we are open to them.
