I have never had more than 2 pulled at once. I am one of the fortunate ones, I never recieved my lower wisdom teeth. Therefore never having a need for removal. I did have to have the 2 upper pulled out & was happy to have it done because they were cutting my muscle & gums every day I put it off. The pre-removal anxiety was far worse than the proceedure. Anyhow, my upper molars came out with extreme ease & I was eating normally after the novicane wore off. Afterwards the pain was very minimal. The actual removal was painless. Mine were not impacted & the roots were tapered like a carrot so the extraction was simple. It actually was kinda wierd because I could actually hear the tearing noise as they were ripped from my head because they were so close to my ears. Still, I had to ask when he was done because I could not feel it at all. Hope for that. I know others are not as simple as mine was.
