Had em all impacted and yanked 20 yrs ago, They put me completely out. Requested ketamine for general, (sodium pentothal made me sick)
But dry sockets are your worst enemy, use heavy amts of saltwater with the curved syringe they give you and flush hourly. I did that and still got dry sockets. Very painful. They gave me talwin but good luck, you'll prob. get vicodin, beg for lots.Be firm but nice. Good luck. j
