It isn't going to be bad at all. I recently had 3 pulled, and my upper two wisdom teeth were pulled years ago. I had this horrible wisdom tooth (the lower left one) that was twisted and so painful, I would cry. Vicodin HP (even taking two of them) along with 3 or 4 Motrin, didn't take the pain away. I went and had them removed finally (after suffering for over a year), and it was such a relief that I didn't even notice any pain afterwards. Honestly, you will be suprised, especially seeing you are suffering so much now. It won't be bad, in fact, you will feel liberated!
I was awake during the removal of the last 3 teeth (a lower wisdom tooth, the molar right next to it, and an upper cracked tooth) and it took hardly any time at all. I was sure the wisdom tooth removal was going to be horrible as it was impacted and really sideways, but honestly, I don't even remember him pulling it. I remember him pulling the two others (but it didn't hurt at all because of the novacaine) and I thought to myself, "2 down, and one to go," but it turned out that he already removed them all and I was done!
Trust me, you will be very relieved and probably feeling much better than when you went in!
