If none of the teeth are impacted, you shouldn't have too much pain afterwards, but most likely some.
Start to load up on Vitamin C at least 3 days before your appointment. Vitamin C in your system prevents swelling after the teeth have been extracted.
I am sure the dentist or Oral Surgeon that is performing the procedure will give you a script for pain.
If you are a smoker, it is IMPERATIVE that you refrain from smoking AT LEAST 24 hours AFTER your surgery.
They will also give you post-op instructions for you to follow.
