Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and play the good 'ole doctor game...try this-doesn't work...try something else--doesn't work and so on until you have exhausted everything. Even though YOU know what works and what doesn't, the doc may just make you try everything under the sun until you get what you want.
It's a bunch of BS IMO but sometimes you just gotta work the system the way they want you to....
sucks big time but it does eventually pay off...
