Such a good post! I've been here a few years and I have always been under the impression that Chris was the CEO, NOT the owner. I've read his posts way back when and noticed the dedication, time and respect given to people. I've said this before, but I'll say it again, I've never consulted with NWW before, but I read the posts to be informed. I haven't consulted with anyone since pc.com and is that really a consult? Anyway, I am in the process of consulting with YPM. I do think the people make the business. Getting precious medicine is a bit different than cable. There's a lot more variables in consulting with an Op, than hooking up to cable. JMO.

Also, Chris has started a thread in the general area for feedback. Everyone can see it. It is not being hidden to the world. It's right there for all to see.

I don't understand what all the hoopla is about. And, how in the world did ERmeds get pulled into this? Just shows how rumors and assumptions can really get out of hand. Try YPM or don't. But, there's no reason to come on here and rag on it when you haven't even used the service. And, also, there's no reason to discount the people that do use the service and find it a good experience. It's just like any other OP except Chris took some good suggestions made by the consumer and implimented them. I like a company that listens to what people want and gives it to them.
