From experience... I would be very careful about taking this high of a dose (9mg once per day), if that is what you implied. It may be fine for someone who had been taking a lot of opioid pain relievers or another related illegal drug. However, for others with less tolerance to these kinds of drugs, it WILL make them very sick. Starting with half that dose would be much safer/comfortable for most. Plus since it is sublingual, you will be able to assess its effects must faster, and thus will be able to tell faster if you need a little more/less.
