Tramadol interacts differently with everyone. I know that I can take it with most other medications but it's probably not a good idea to mix with benzos i.e.xanax, valium etc... Tramadol has it's peak after about 2 hours so if you were going to take a xanax I would probably take it at least another hour after the tramadol peaks. So 3 hours later. Be careful!!!
