It's not any good. Ultracet doesn't have that much tramadol in it...so you would probably have to take a lot to even get a buzz, but then you would mess up your liver with all the apap in it. There is also a risk factor of seizures.

Some people get ultram, which has more tramadol in it.

I've taken ultracet and it doesn't do anything for me...didn't take away the pain...all it did was give me a headache every time I took it.
