thats pretty misleading to say its extended release hydrocodone. all they do is add 10mg of dxm to each pill and claim that that will make the hydro release slower. anyone can do this themselves by buying a cough syrup containing dxm and measuring out the same dose. i still wouldn't call it time-released hydro though...
