Good timing - I was just PM'ing someone about this issue a few days ago. I asked my doctor about 3 days ago if hydro made a time release. He said, very specifically, NO. Unfortunately, we agree that regular lortab works great, but they should make it a time release. Right now I take oxy ER, but it doesn't work as well as quick lortab. Sucks have to take more often. If they ever make a time release, I'll be first in line!!
