The paper is published in an obscure journal, it says nothing new about CYP3A4 inhibition, and if you want more info on how to possibly reduce tolerance and boost the effects of hydro, quit being a pseudoscientist by looking at articles like this that real researchers have never even heard of and do some real research. In particular, search for the first 10-20 posts by Timberland - somewhere in July. In it, he posts info on the opioid-histamine connection and how to use to to your advantage. The opioid system directly uses histamine, for instance.
Don't think that this paper is "in-depth". It's a paper in a very small journal by a small lab.
