I had the same problem with the duragesic patches - like you they only stayed stuck for at most 48 hours. I tried the covers. duct tape - even tried superglue on the edges.

I had the same problem with the nicorette patches.

Eventually I had to give up on them - but if they work for you and your Dr. is willing to give you one every 48 hours they may work. My Dr. just put me back on pills - but he gives me enough to work.

Good luck and if 48 hours is enough time then stick with them - the duragesix\c works good in that they have little sedation but get rid of the pain so you can do things.

And really that's all any of us want to be able to live WITHOUT being a zombie from the medicine.
