Everyone is right, you are probably out of the "danger" zone as far as seizures. I too was stupid enough to try to go alone and stop cold turkey on a very high dose of Ativan. I was actually taking even more than presribed, which is the main reason I did not call my doc for help. It took me 3 days to have the seizure, so I would think you would have had it by now. But as far as all of the other symptoms you are going through, I'm sorry to say-they lasted 2-3 months. But like someone above said you are through the worst. IMO going on another benzo at this point I think would just be a band aid. And then you would still have to get off of that. But again that is JMO.
