Anyone else ever had this issue? I ordered from RX1STOP on
10/11 and it shipped the next day. I used standard shipping because I wasn't in a hurry this time. When I first checked the tracking number, it was in the system and was due for delivery on the 18th. The issue is that the package arrived at my local UPS hub ( Secaucus, NJ ) on 10/14 and is now on its way to Kansas. I pick up packages from there all the time and it's only 12 miles from my home. You can see that they haven't made any attempts to deliver.
So I have two questions,
1) Has this happened to anyone else, where it was so close and then just made a u-turn?
2) Can anyone believe that a company the size of UPS doesn't
have 24 hour customer service? I'm really stunned that I can't get a real person on the phone on a Sunday afternoon.
