I had that happen to me months ago with Gooddeals which I think is 1stop now seeing as they have all the acct info from Gooddeals without my putting it in, anyways I placed an order for myself and then went back in and placed an order for my friend for the same thing (now mind you we both already had accounts but she has hers sent here because she is not at home during the day to get it). The next day I checked the order status of hers and it was shipped and the status for mine was not there, it disappeared as if I didn't place an order. I called CS and was told that 2 orders could not go to the same address and I tried to explain the situation and they said "no exceptions" so I waited a few days and placed my order again and it was shipped so if you placed 2 orders at the same time that is probably what happened otherwise I would call CS, I understand they answer the phones.
