Update- Paypal website is back up, after being down for a few days because of supposed upgrade problems.

I sat on phone for 1/2 hour, and finally got through to a rep., who emailed me confirmation that my payment went through.

Found a toll free number- in case anyone needs to call them.

1-888-221-1161 ( Make yourself comfortable, you'll be on hold for awhile )
