Laws written for the people not the corporation - oh boy - I ONLY wish. This country is run by the major corporations - especially big pharm which has the second largest DC lobby only to the NRA.

It is a joke - but the joke is on US. Why do you think they are cracking down on IOP's and the seizure rate has increased to much.

However, look at the el scandale re Merck and Vioxx - and this is only the tip of iceberg. Celebrex will soon be on way out - and where was FDA when these drugs were approved with their fudged clinical studies that happen with regularity - esp with the "me too" drugs that cost very little in R&D but rake in HUGE profits.

FDA is the big fox watching the henhouses. Under this administration it has grown so blatant that it is really criminal and these corporations should be prosecuted for criminal conduct!!!!!!!!
