The reason I ask is that most of you seem so young. You don't have the same set of problems that the sixty-set has. Today my husband's arthritis was so bad, that he said he wanted to quit eating, starve, and die. He is NEVER
depressed. Mine was killing me too, and now I can't take even a Vioxx once in a while.
I do have a pain dr., but my insurance has not yet paid one penny on it (out of network dr.). Now my husband really needs to go, too. It will break the bank.
We are having a hard time doing the housework, standing on our feet to cook, mowing the yard, etc. And most of the discussion here is about addiction. I don't give a doodly-squat about addiction. I want to live with less pain so that I can keep up a fairly decent quality of life. We do not have the money to do anything extra. Nothing extra.
I would like to have a Senior Section - for those of us 55+ - if there are enough of us. Is that feasible?
