My order was processed fine but once the tracking number was issued it got stuck at billing info received. You can look at my posts over the past couple days to get the whole story. Basically, if you're at Billing info received, call the customer service line at 305-442-9590. It will take a while to get through but it is better than waiting and finding out a week later that the package isn't coming. BTW if customer service assures you that there isn't any problem don't believe them. If they don't sound like they know what they are talking about--- trust that feeling b/c they don't. I talked with 4 different folks and only the last one (Ana) immediately said there was a problem. Everyone else assured me things were fine and I accepted the vague explanations they provided. If you're at billing info received for more than 24 hours (ie after the nightly UPS update) there is a problem with your package (lost/stolen/damaged/etc). Sorry that got long but hope it helps. I ended up cancelling and just going ahead w/ one of the other sites b/c it's so much cheaper.
