I would recommend taking 800 mg Ibuprophen three times a day w/the codine vs tylenol. Tylenol does nothing to reduce inflammation and 800 mg ibuprophen taken consistently, i.e. whether your hurting or not, will actually reduce inflammation that is causing the pain. jmo
