Hi Kinbell, i don't know if you have a walgreens near you or not but they sell over the counter stuff called Leg Cramps With Quinine. It's made by a company called Hyland's and it's supposed to be 100% Natural. It's a really tiny bottle and usually on the bottom shelf of stores. I bought it for leg and back cramps, it didn't really help me but i saw your post about it and thought i'd let you know about this stuff. I know a couple of people that use it and it work's really good for them too. Take care.
