It all depends. When I was in India, I never bad a bad generic or roche. When I ordered from some other pharms (not IM4U) I felt they were a bit weak. This could be tolerance but I think it may be sitting in a hot mail room with slow moving fans for too long. Best to make sure you are ordering from a pharm that is near a shipping hub like Delhi or Bombay.
