Hopefully not to create much thread drift, but as hard as Homeland Security, Customs, FBI, DEA, CIA et. al. are working with their feeble systems, President Bush, and probably all presidents after him will continue the booty coverage these statements provide.
I work with essentials oils, and my distiller in the UK sent some frankincense oil Int'l FedEx (which should be three day). It was held up at customs for two weeks. Expect the health and business disruptions to ramp up in the weeks preceding the election.
I must edit this to say that I think the DEA is wasting precious time and resources tracking down double dippers. That is a shameful practice, and only admits defeat to the street dealers and cartels.
