just put the DRY tea bag on the the tooth. then fold the remander in to the side of the tooth like a person would put chewing tobacoo. so i/2 on the tooth the reaming bag folded doen (or up depending if it is top tooth or bottom one) leave it there for as long as nesscary. it also tastes somewhat good!
