question for anyone who can help!
I accidentaly ordered 2 of the same thing. My fault instead of updating cart I hit place order.
Any way the system accepted the order and sent me a message saying I owe for both, COD.
I called the next day and they said they would take care of it and that they would not ship 2 of the same item(I had not recieved a t/n). When I got my t/n later that evening it says my cod balance is for 2 of what I ordered.
I cant get through to them today obviously.
Should I accept the cod and pay for both and then work it out or should I not accept?
