I post this question because I applied for a permit that I had to sign and have notarized that the state of Texas could view my medical records if it wanted in order to get this permit. While this is an invasion of privacy, they got you if you want the permit.
Can a government agency with no reason just look at your medical records even if you gave 'permission' via a notary signed form?
