I would worry.

I have a husband/wife team for my docs.

She listens, he does not. Her side of the waiting room is SRO. She is witty, smart, and listens. To see her takes weeks.

He, is still operating under the misconception of doctor=god.
I have asked for my medical records this week, and x-ray reports to be mailed to me, and he has said, "not until she tells me why she needs them, and only then, and she must come in to see me."

(Also known as a co-pay and a billable office visit).

I worry.
