I am appalled at the powers that a doctor has over people in legitimate pain and the drug agreement is simply a control or blackmail tool.
I have never had to sign one but my doctor mentions me signing one from time to time. I guess they think that it protects the patient as well as the doctor or at least that is one of the reasons.
But refuse to sign and no drugs.
